 I think the most exciting part of the CMNS course is "Introduction to Professional Communication" because the content of this course is efficient. The way you communicate with people is significant, both in school and in the future workplace. The method of speaking to different people and different roles will be other. Especially in the workplace, the way of speaking and attitude can show to a certain extent, whether a person is professional enough. And it is not only limited to the method of speaking but also in the workplace. It is often necessary to submit various proposals or copies. It is imperative that the wording in the document is accurate and easy to understand. In the class, professor Colleen gave us a fascinating example. There was an embarrassing misunderstanding caused by a mistake in the tone of an email.

Proper wording and tone of voice in copywriting can help us improve in school and the workplace.So I think the content of this lesson is interesting and practical. I hope that in the future, I can use what I have learned in this class to help me succeed in school and in the workplace!
